Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Sales Executive in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The role combines customer relationship management, sales, account support and sales administration, with a clear path to more senior responsibilities as you grow your knowledge and confidence.

Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus a package including a monthly bonus, a pension scheme, and opportunities for training and professional development within a growing technology-focused business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries and developing strong customer relationships.
• Preparing quotations and processing customer sales orders.
• Selling selected products and identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Following up leads and supporting the development of the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinating customer equipment bookings for servicing and calibration.
• Keeping customers updated on requirements, lead times and returns.
• Working closely with internal service and quality teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Producing quotations and documentation for service and calibration work.
• Supporting sales management with reporting, pipeline activity and customer follow-up.
• Helping coordinate sales meetings, customer visits and trade events.
• Providing occasional support with marketing activities including email campaigns, exhibitions and website updates.
