Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting a Sales Executive in Bradley Stoke, Bristol (BS32 4UB). The role involves promoting products, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service to help the branch meet KPIs.

Salary is 28,000–30,000 per annum for 37.5 hours per week, with holidays, pension, parking and additional benefits. You will join a team of 8 in a supportive, office-based environment and have opportunities to grow and develop.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and administration.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to liaise with customers.
• CRM and Microsoft Office familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote and advise customers on compatible products and services and negotiate prices to meet KPI.
• Liaise confidently with existing and new customers by phone and email.
• Provide support and servicing skills for customers and manage orders and enquiries.
