Job description

Job Title – Sales Executive – Award-Winning Tour Operator

Job Location – London

Salary – £21k – £22k basic with a £30k OTE

Our client is a globally recognised, award-winning tour operator, providing luxury holidays in Asia and South America.

They are looking to recruit a positive, friendly and results-driven individual to join the tours tailor-made reservations team.

You will be a part of the team that ensures clients have a holiday of a lifetime, whilst also building relationships with travel agents. Training will be provided so that you will fast become a destination expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Building tailor-made holidays for direct clients and through travel agents
  • Providing customer service via live chat and email
  • Chasing up existing enquiries
  • Upselling to customer to maximise revenue
  • Advising customers on extensions and stopovers
  • Converting bookings
  • Working with suppliers and DMCs to create the ideal itineraries for clients
  • Working with agents and clients and building rapport
