Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Selling and demonstrating the full range of products to achieve sales targets according to the Division’s plan
  • Gaining knowledge of application, process, product and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy, especially with key end user accounts in the territory
  • Developing relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams
  • Managing and leading business activities and key programmes within nominated key end user accounts
  • Updating ‘Salesforce’ daily with details of sales visits, events, and activities for all end user accounts
  • Managing, progressing, and developing an opportunity pipeline and sales plan to exceed sales targets
  • Leveraging all available resources to maximise sales impact within end user customers
  • Training distributor internal & external salespeople
  • Learning new skills related to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications
  • Attending and supporting industry events and exhibitions
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Sales and industry experience preferred
  • Proven customer skills and ability to build relationships
