Allison Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to be the on-site face of our developments in the East Midlands region. You will guide customers from initial contact through to handover, driving new-home sales and delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll close deals, nurture client relationships, and contribute to showroom and marketing efforts. Weekend work and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within property or construction.
• Strong ability to connect with people and inspire trust.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to promote new build properties and generate sales leads.
• Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
• Deliver a five-star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
• Build relationships with buyers and provide expert guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using systems (training provided).
• Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales.
• Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Allison Homes on‑site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.

Duties

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property or construction sector.
• A natural ability to connect with people and inspire trust.
• A hunger to succeed, close sales, and deliver results.
• Strong communication skills; both in person and in writing.
• Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• A self‑starter mindset who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
• A professional, friendly, and polished approach.

• Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Valid driving licence is preferred for visiting sites and attending meetings outside the office.
