Job summary

CPM UK is hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Oxford/Banbury region. You will call into grocery multiples to promote Lucozade Ribena Suntory products and secure prominent shelf and chiller space.

Training and support from a local field manager will help you succeed in your territory. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision makers, use a company tablet to track stock and opportunities, and aim to hit sales targets across your coverage area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within grocery retail or FMCG is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage store decision makers.
• Ability to manage and own a territory to deliver consistent results.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Call into Grocery multiples (ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons) in your territory to promote Lucozade Ribena Suntory products.
• Build relationships with store decision makers to secure prominent shelf and chiller space.
• Utilise company tablet to record data, spot gaps, and ensure stock availability.
• Work with a friendly field team and manager to achieve targets.

Thirsty for success? Join our growing team as a Sales Executive calling into the grocery retail sector, increasing sales of market leading soft drinks brands from Suntory such as Lucozade, Ribena and alcoholic ready to drink brands.

£28,121.60 + 10% bonus PA, car, tablet and mobile.

Ideal location:

Oxford, United Kingdom, OX4

Territory covering:

Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Oxford and surrounding areas

What will you be doing as a Sales Executive:

You would be calling into Grocery multiples, such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, in your territory, working on behalf of one of the top 10 brands in the UK. As a Sales Executive, you will build great relationships with key store decision makers and will leverage this to ensure the Lucozade Ribena Suntory products and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store, both on the shelf and in chillers.

To help you achieve your sales targets in the Sales Executive Role, you will be given brilliant sales and product training and will be able to use the company tablet to store data to spot any gaps and ensure stock is always available. Your territory will be your own to make a success of, but you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.
