We are a growing, independent, family‑run dealership and we seek a highly enthusiastic Sales Executive to develop a career in the motor industry. The role covers new, used and Motability vehicle sales with uncapped bonus earnings and a basic salary of £30,000.

About the role

Deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles within a compliant sales process, while maintaining product knowledge and meeting FCA obligations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with thorough information to enable informed decisions.
  • Follow up and prospect customers to maximise sales opportunities for both repeat and new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer contacts.
  • Complete required FCA and F&I sales processes and training.
  • Carry out full and accurate appraisals of part‑exchange vehicles.
  • Maintain all paperwork in an orderly manner.
  • Attend manufacturer training as required.
Required skills and experience
  • Passion for the brand and the highest level of customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a selling role.
