You will respond quickly to enquiries from those looking to purchase new and used vehicles, via digital channels, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.

You will provide customers with unrivalled service from qualification to handover and keep your knowledge of MINI products and models up to date through brand and group training,

• Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.

• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
• Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett Group.
