Fraser Recruitment is partnering with a leading digital media company to recruit a Local Sales Executive in Aldershot, Hampshire. The role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission, with full training from day one and ongoing development. Optional hybrid working after probation supports work-life balance.

You will generate new business, foster relationships with local business owners, and manage existing accounts while meeting targets and delivering exceptional service.

Local Sales Executive | Uncapped Commission | Full Training Provided

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience)

Bonus: Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 38.75 hours per week

Hybrid Working: Optional Wednesday working from home after successful probation (performance dependent)

The Opportunity

As a Local Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business by promoting innovative digital advertising solutions to local businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity
• Building long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers

• Conducting telephone and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
