Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a self-motivated sales/BD representative to visit customers at home or engage via our remote selling framework. You will present persuasive pitches, convert quotes to sales, and educate customers on our British-made products and services.

Ideal candidates are drive-focused, comfortable with senior-level conversations, and able to manage varying workloads. Training is provided, with a strong earning potential and a full support package.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, confident communication with customers at senior levels.
• Experience in home improvements or similar is a plus.
• Able to balance varied workloads and hours.
• Own a full UK driving licence and car.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes or via remote selling framework.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and ensure job is done right first time.

What you’ll be doing

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.

You’ll need to be self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.

• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
