Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement company, is seeking energetic sales and business development representatives. You’ll be trained quickly to know the products, pitch to customers, and convert quotes into sales.

You’ll work with pre-qualified leads supplied by head office, visit customers at home or use our remote selling framework, and enjoy uncapped earnings with an OTE of £75k–£100k, plus holidays, weekends away, sports tickets, and a supportive package.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Responsibilities

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework.
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate.
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.

What you'll be doing
