About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, self-driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue generation across the SME and enterprise sectors. You'll sell ROI-driven digital marketing solutions including SEO, paid media, CRM automation, and content strategies. With a generous uncapped commission model and equity potential, this is a rare opportunity to join a scale-up on a trajectory to transform the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation & outreach: Develop and execute sales campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email nurturing, and CRM workflows.
  • Client acquisition: Sell tailored digital marketing solutions to SMEs and large brands across industries (e-commerce, finance, healthcare, tech, etc.).
  • Revenue growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with a consultative, ROI-focused sales approach.
  • Market intelligence: Understand client pain points and market trends to recommend strategic digital solutions.
  • Pitching & proposals: Craft compelling proposals, present ROI models, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative and strategy teams to align solutions with client goals.
  • CRM discipline: Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain meticulous client records in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Industry visibility: Attend events, webinars and networking opportunities to drive awareness and build your personal brand.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, media, or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and communicate value clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a self-starting attitude and "hunter" mindset.
  • A commercial blackbook of potential clients is highly desirable.
  • Experience using CRMs, LinkedIn, and digital prospecting tools.
  • Ability to simplify marketing concepts into tangible business outcomes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in performance marketing, content strategy, or MarTech.
