Ride Nation in Egham is seeking a Sales Executive for motorcycle sales within a Honda main dealer. You will manage inquiries across showroom, phone, and email, build complete deals, and drive customers through test rides to handover.

The role offers £25,397 base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE £45,000-£55,000 for strong performers. 40 hours across 5 days, on-site in Egham, with full product and sales training and a clear progression path.

Sales Executive - Motorcycle Sales (Honda Main Dealer) | Egham

If you're selling cars, bikes or anything else on a forecourt and you're good at it, read the numbers above and then read the rest.

We're a Honda main dealer with over 100 customers coming through the door every week. We're looking for one more Sales Executive who can hold a conversation, build a proper deal and ask for the business without flinching.

What you'll earn

• £25,397 basic, plus uncapped commission on units, finance and accessories
• Realistic OTE of £45,000-£55,000 for consistent performers
• Full product and sales training, with everything you need to sell finance compliantly from day one
• A genuine route to Business Manager or Sales Manager for people who deliver

What the job actually is

You own your customers from the first "just looking" through to handing over the keys.

• Work every enquiry that comes your way - phone, email, showroom - and follow up properly rather than hoping they come back
• Qualify what someone genuinely needs, put them on the right bike, get them out on a test ride
• Build the whole deal: part exchange, finance, accessories
• Keep customers informed from order to handover, and make the handover something they tell their mates about
• Hit your monthly sales, finance and profit targets

You'll also keep your deal files clean and your finance conversations fully FCA and Consumer Duty compliant - we're an FCA-regulated dealer and we take that seriously. If you've sold finance before, none of it will be new to you.

What we're looking for

• A track record of hitting sales targets - ideally motorcycle or automotive retail, but we'll talk to any strong closer from a high-value, face-to-face sales background
• A real interest in motorcycles. You don't need to know every model in the range, but our customers are enthusiasts and they can tell the difference between someone who gets it and someone who doesn't
• Someone people warm to quickly, and who's driven by their own numbers
• Comfortable with finance products and the rules around them
• Organised enough to run your own diary and follow-ups without being chased

Nice to have: a full motorcycle licence, Honda systems or Contact Online experience, and a finance-penetration record you're proud of.

The essentials

• Hours: 40 hours across 5 days, Monday to Saturday rota - no Sundays, and a day off in the week
• Location: Egham, on site - a 15 minute drive from the M25
• Contract: Full time, permanent
