Job summary

Ride Nation in Egham is seeking a Sales Executive for motorcycle sales within a Honda main dealer. You will manage inquiries across showroom, phone, and email, build complete deals, and drive customers through test rides to handover.

The role offers £25,397 base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE £45,000-£55,000 for strong performers. 40 hours across 5 days, on-site in Egham, with full product and sales training and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in high-value, face-to-face retail.
• Interest in motorcycles and ability to engage enthusiasts.
• Ability to build deals with part exchange, finance and accessories.
• Comfortable discussing finance within FCA regulations.
• Disciplined diary management and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Own customers from initial inquiry through to handover.
• Qualify needs, arrange test rides, and match to the right bike.
• Build the deal including part exchange, finance and accessories.
• Keep customers informed and deliver a memorable handover.
• Hit monthly sales, finance and profit targets.
