Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business, is looking for driven sales and business development representatives. You will be trained to know products inside out and confident in selling to customers, visiting homes or using a remote selling framework.

You’ll follow up warm leads, present persuasive pitches, educate customers and cross-sell where appropriate. This role offers uncapped earnings with an OTE of £75k-£100k, plus bonuses, holidays, weekends away and a full

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Confident in communicating with a range of customers, at senior levels.
• Proactive, results-driven and flexible with workloads and hours.
• Ideally experience in Home Improvements or similar.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers at their homes or via our remote selling framework.
• Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales.
• Educate customers about products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet their requirements and ensure jobs are right first time.

What you'll be doing

You'll be quickly trainedup to know the products inside out; you'll be proud of them, and confident in selling them to customers using your existing and growing sales abilities.

Your role will involve:

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.

What we&aposre looking for

You'll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. You'll be:

• Proactive and results-driven
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
