Sales Coordinator - Engineering / Full Training Provided

£35,000 + Full Estimating Training + Progression into Senior Estimator/Sales + 33 Days Holiday + Early Friday Finish + Long-Term Stability

Buckingham, Buckinghamshire (Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Bicester, Aylesbury, Banbury, Towcester, Brackley, Winslow)

Are you from a sales, quoting or estimating background and looking for a role where you will be fully trained as an Estimator, with clear progression into a long-term career?

On offer is a permanent, office-based position where you will receive full training on estimating and tendering, working as part of a close-knit team supporting projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills, learn a specialist product area, and progress into a full Estimator or Sales position.

This company are a long-established specialist within the construction and engineering sector, delivering high-quality solutions for major projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their team.

In this role you will support the full tender process, pricing and producing quotations by reviewing specifications and drawings, completing material take-offs and designing pipe routes using bespoke software. You will speak with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, carry out site surveys where needed, and work with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing to keep quotes competitive.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, a confident and personable communication style, and experience within sales/quoting/pricing/estimating, ideally within construction or engineering, looking for training, progression and long-term stability.

The Role:

• Office-based Sales Estimator / Junior Estimator role in Buckingham
• Supporting the full tendering and estimating process for projects across the UK
• Producing quotations from specifications/drawings and material take-offs using bespoke software
• Customer support, quote follow-up, and supplier/subcontractor price negotiation
• 37.5 hours per week: 8:45-5:00 Mon-Thurs, 9:00-4:00 Fri

The Person:

• Experience in sales, quoting, pricing, estimating or negotiating
• Comfortable speaking with customers/clients with strong attention to detail
• Experience within construction or engineering sectors
