Job summary

Streamline Search is recruiting a Sales Estimator for a family-owned hardware business. The role focuses on producing accurate and timely quotations and responding to customer inquiries by phone and email. You will also maintain quotation records and follow up quotes to secure sales.

The position is office-based, with a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule. Benefits include a company pension, health scheme, and 25 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales or estimating experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, hardware or building products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders.
• Following up quotes to secure potential sales.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information.

Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window and door hardware.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations.

Package

• Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm FULLY OFFICE BASED.
