Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Sales Estimator to produce quotations for commercial stainless-steel systems and coordinate CAD drawings for the hospitality sector.

Based near Slough, you will liaise with the sales and fabrication teams to price projects accurately, source non-standard parts, and track quotes and leads while maintaining customer relations. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, with a 4% employer pension and 25 days' holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating or sales role.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and understand specs.
• Knowledge of water, waste and electrical services is helpful.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Based within commuting distance of Slough.

Our client is a well‑established manufacturer and installer of commercial stainless‑steel equipment for the hospitality and food industries who are seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team.

Sales Estimator Position Overview

• Producing quotations for commercial systems in accordance with company standards and guidelines, including receiving quotation requests from the sales team and pricing accordingly
• Coordinating sales layout drawings from the CAD team
• Building on customer and employee relations within the fabrication department and internal teams
• Sourcing prices for non-standard equipment from the HQ
• Coordinating the sales layout drawings prepared by the CAD department
• Managing and logging sales progress, quotes and leads

Sales Estimator Position Requirements

• Previous experience within an Estimating or Sales related role
• Ability to understand CAD drawings and technical specifications is desirable
• An understanding of the water, waste and electrical services is beneficial
• Proficient with MS office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communications & mathematical skills
• Based in a commutable distance of Slough

Sales Estimator Position Remuneration

• Salary £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + Annual performance bonus
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 full‑time, permanent position.
• Company Pension 4% employee, 4% employer.
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
