As a Sales Enrolment Specialist, you’ll support prospective students throughout their journey to enrol in an online degree—providing guidance, motivation, and practical support from enquiry to payment.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage a pipeline of prospective students, all warm leads, guiding them through application and enrolment
• Understand course offerings and admissions requirements to effectively advise students
• Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and team SLAs
• Engage confidently via phone to build relationships and influence decisions
• Use Salesforce CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and key actions
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and drive enrolment success

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a contact centre, sales, or student support environment
• A track record of meeting (or beating) performance targets in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
• Comfortable handling high call volumes with resilience and positivity
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree is a bonus, but equivalent experience is just as valuable
• A self-starter who’s motivated by goals, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference
