Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Engineer (Industrial / Plastic Components) for a West Midlands/South West field-based role. You’ll develop new business and manage existing accounts, selling polyurethane and engineering plastics solutions across industries such as recycling, quarrying and manufacturing.

You’ll benefit from uncapped commissions (£50-£60k OTE), a base of £35k-£40k, a company car, training and clear progression.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical sales, field sales or applications engineering.
• Background in industrial plastics, polyurethane products, or engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.

Are you a Sales Executive with a background in industrial plastics or similar, looking to join an established international manufacturer offering strong earning potential and long-term progression?

You will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a range of industrial sectors, providing tailored polyurethane and engineering plastics solutions to customers operating within recycling, quarrying, mining, bulk handling and manufacturing environments.
