Job summary

Alloy Enterprises in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Engineer – IREF to lead large-scale HVAC project sales. You will identify opportunities, manage complex bids, and build long-term relationships with FMs, contractors and end users.

This role focuses on chillers, heat pumps, retrofit projects and service contracts, using SPIN selling, and coordinating design teams to deliver profitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IREF/hvac project sales is desirable.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale bids and complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and sell large scale projects across core business.
• Own and direct long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through the sales process.
• Close large sales opportunities with a focus on new business growth.
• Collaborate with design teams to analyse project solutions and present benefits to clients.
• Prepare high-quality estimates, bids, and cost/benefit analyses.
