Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in the Europe & Middle East region.
This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts, expanding our presence with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business growth.
This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise and technical acumen.
The ideal candidate will not only build strong customer relationships but also work closely with both the customer and our own engineering team to identify and solve customer challenges.
The Sales Engineer will serve as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring that Adams Rite Aerospace delivers tailored, high-value solutions.
This is a road warrior role with 60% or more travel.
As part of onboarding activities, the EMEA candidate should expect to spend 4-6 weeks of technical training at our headquarters in Fullerton, CA, and to return to the facility regularly throughout the year to maintain close contact with the business unit teams.
Compensation: $120k - $150k+ Up to 10% Bonus based on bookings performance.
