Job summary

Playbook Direct Limited in Manchester is seeking Sales & Engagement Associates to join our Leadership Development Programme. You’ll start with face-to-face customer engagement while developing the communication, confidence and people skills needed to take on more responsibility.

As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to become involved in training, mentoring and team development, with progression paths and ongoing coaching to prepare you for greater leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer engagement experience preferred.
• Able to work toward targets and KPI expectations.
• Willing to participate in training and mentoring programs.
