Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate the performance of our commercial organization and partner ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that sits at the heart of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for building and driving scalable enablement initiatives that empower our sales teams and partners to perform at their best—every day.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute enablement strategies for internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Build and implement onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching programs.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and playbooks aligned with proven methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC, BANT, Challenger, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure content, tools, and messaging are aligned and effective.
  • Own the development and continuous optimization of enablement assets, including sales collateral, pitch decks, competitive intel, and training guides.
  • Identify performance gaps and address them with data-driven enablement interventions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and performance coach to frontline teams.
  • Measure and report on enablement impact (time to productivity, win rates, quota attainment, etc.).

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a senior L&D role within a commercial environment.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDPICC, BANT, and others.
  • Proven track record of building scalable training and enablement programs from scratch.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience supporting both direct sales teams and partner/channel organizations is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Highspot, LMS platforms).
