Your job

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and align with our global strategy.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for sales staff.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify improvement areas and develop initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales team skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Provide training on sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM systems.
  • Develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
  • Report regularly to senior management on performance and impact.
  • Lead change management to promote adoption of new processes and tools.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Seismic, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Sales training certification is a plus.
