Job summary

Sovos is expanding into AI-native products and financial operations solutions. We need a strategic enablement leader to empower global sales teams to sell with confidence and impact, designing scalable programmes and embedding in the field for real adoption and measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with account executives, solution engineers and frontline managers to drive adoption of core selling skills and AI-powered guidance, while building learning paths and a compelling business case for

The Role

At Sovos, we're expanding into AI-native products and financial operations solutions, and we need a strategic enablement leader to help our global sales teams sell with confidence and impact. In this role, you'll design programmes that scale, embed yourself in the field to drive real adoption, and position our sellers to articulate the business value of AI-powered finance solutions. You'll be equal parts coach, strategist, and innovator, building the enablement foundation for our next phase of growth.

More specifically, you will:

• Design and deliver sales enablement programmes that help sellers position Sovos value and adopt best practices, especially around discovery, qualification, and value-based selling for AI-powered products.
• Serve as the dedicated enablement partner for an assigned region or acquisition, working closely with account executives, solution engineers, and frontline managers to drive adoption of key selling skills and programmes.
• Build scalable learning paths that blend live training, digital content, and AI-assisted reinforcement, ensuring high adoption rates and real behaviour change in the field.
• Develop the business case, rollout plan, and measurement framework for AI-enabled selling motions, from pitch intelligence to automated coaching.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate programme design and delivery, championing the acceleration of our AI go-to-market innovation and staying ahead of the AI landscape in sales enablement.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to align enablement priorities with pipeline and revenue goals, actively exchanging insights, metrics, needs, and recommendations from the field.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You've designed and delivered sales enablement programs that measurably improved seller performance in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related go-to-market function,
• You're familiar with AI-powered sales tools such as conversation intelligence platforms, enablement tools, and LLM-assisted coaching, and you're genuinely curious about where the category is heading.
• You've worked directly in the field with sellers, not just building content but driving measurable behaviour change and skill adoption.
• You bring strong programme management skills and can take an initiative from concept to execution with independently, with support from leadership as needed.
• You're an excellent communicator, able to build alignment and drive outcomes across teams across sales, marketing, and product in a global, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a passion for using AI to design and run programmes that scale across the global organisation.
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire.
