Job summary

SwiftSwitch, a utilities consultancy in Shoreditch, invites an experienced Sales Director to take the reins of our sales floor on a 6-month contract. You will lead Sales Team Leaders, energise the floor and drive performance in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Based in our Shoreditch office, you will align floor activity with the wider business goals, deliver regular briefings and reviews, and develop people through leadership coaching and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a contact centre or outbound/inbound sales floor at a senior level.
• Strong track record of leading Sales Team Leaders.
• Deep understanding of metrics, conversion rates, call quality, and SLAs.
• Natural motivator who can energise a floor and create high performance.
• Experience in utilities, telecoms, financial services or similar regulated sectors an advantage.
• Bonus/commission structure with high earning potential.
• Shoreditch office with a lively, social culture.

• Extr atime off at Christmas.
• Access to leadership development and training throughout the contract.
• Contract: 6-month fixed term, with potential to extend or go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Team Leaders to hit targets.
• Own energy and culture of the sales floor to keep morale high.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance through KPI management.
• Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and pipeline activity; course-correct as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align floor activity with business goals.
• Deliver regular team briefings, performance reviews, and one-to-ones.
