Job Description:

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for the right candidate to be involved in the growth of a distinctive and rewarding company. This role involves working closely with two other directors to elevate our company's success. We are seeking a Sales Director/Angel Investor/Company Partner who shares our passion and vision for success.

Our company is building B2B relationships within the luxury real estate and hospitality industries, representing prestigious clients such as Soneva in the Maldives, The Corinthia Group, The Maybourne Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and others. We have partnerships with a Forbes-recognized property mogul and CBRE, among others.

The ideal candidate will contribute capital, mentorship, and industry experience to help scale the business. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and building relationships with large corporate organizations, especially in the aviation industry and lifestyle management sectors, to increase sales and profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department
  • Manage and develop the sales team
  • Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (not mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of sales leadership experience
