Owning the crash repair distributor channel:

We are seeking a smart thinking up and coming ambitious Sales Director / Senior Sales Leader, capable of accelerating sales performance, through a dedicated Field Sales team. This role is working for a hi-tec manufacturing organisation. Their world is totally focused in supplying high performing tools & equipment through the crash repair / bodyshop refinish channels and wider aftermarket and industrial distributor channels.

Our ideal candidate will need to be a capable, intelligent Senior Sales / Sales Management professional, adopting a customer and people centric outlook, inquisitive with a confident, flexible approach towards operating across re-finish and crash repair distributor networks. Whilst industry experience covering the Crash Repair, Car Body Repair and Automotive Aftermarket fields will be interesting, we pay more attention to your Sales Management prowess along with your capability to flex across different sectors.

Top 8 Key skills:

• Knowledge and experience of working in a senior field based Sales Management capacity or highly sales driven environment will be paramount, ideally within Automotive Aftermarket, Tools & Consumables or an organisation serving a distribution to trade space.
• Structured Sales Leader with a passion for smashing sales targets and meeting results through the activity of the Sales Team.
• Proven track record in delivering sales and leading sales people.
• Ability to mentor and improve individual sales performance.
• Strategic thinker able to use a clever and intuitive thought process to hit targets.
• Professional outlook able to maintain and develop personal integrity with customers and stakeholders.
• Educated to degree level will be strongly preferred.
• Must be located in commutable distance to Warwickshire / Leicestershire / Northamptonshire
