WEKA is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join their growing UK Sales Development team. The mission of this role is to be a “player coach”, supporting in the development and growth of the SDR function. Our SDM will be responsible for building pipeline within their territory, carrying a personal quota, as well as team quota. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales and Sales Development, this role will work closely with their team of SDR’s plus the wider Sales and Marketing functions. This role will place you at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. You'll have the opportunity to shape and lead a talented SDR team, driving growth and success in a dynamic market. The role also offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that every day brings new challenges and opportunities for learning and development.
