The Team
The Small Medium Business (SMB) teams are responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners operating on the Deliveroo marketplace across several European markets, ensuring their growth and operational success. The SMB team manages the full partner lifecycle, from initial acquisition and onboarding to reactive support and proactive account management.
The Role
As a UKI Sales Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating new restaurant sign-ups for the Deliveroo platform. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing outbound call campaigns to drive business growth, monitoring pipeline health, and maximizing sales opportunities.
You will ensure the team delivers a positive and seamless partner experience during onboarding. This role is vital for our continued growth and for enabling more SMB partners to maximize the benefits of our platform.
You will work in Manchester and report to the SMB Head of Sales. This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the Manchester office three days a week.
