As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Guildford.

Position Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at REO Digital, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, targeting companies that could benefit from our expertise in analytics, CRO, accessibility, UX, and performance marketing. An ideal candidate will have a passion for digital services and, ideally, experience in at least one of these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching and targeting organisations that align with REO Digitals services.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and REO Digitals service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of or experience in one or more of the following: Analytics, CRO, Accessibility, UX, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools (experience with FreshSales is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
