Job description

We are looking for an SDR Sales Manager to join Growth Markets in GTM, where you will manage and coordinate the Sales Development team. Reporting to the Head of Sales for Growth Markets, you will focus on driving the success of our frontline lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic planning and execution – Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set goals and targets aligned with the wider business to ensure SDR team success.
  2. Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Monitor team performance, provide coaching to improve results, and foster a high-performance sales culture. Manage HR processes for underperformance or attendance issues as necessary.
  3. Sales Operations and Reporting – Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, forecast sales volumes, and use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer data.
  4. Collaboration and Communication – Work with marketing, product teams, and key stakeholders to build campaigns and schedules aligned with business needs. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Your success will be measured based on team performance against sales KPIs, achieved through effective resource utilization and prioritization.
