Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Stratford, London, hybrid

Meritt & Venatrix are recruiting for an exciting early-stage startup, on a mission to streamline ID checks, AML compliance & payments for the property and legal space. Their platform enables fast, compliant identity and financial checks, helping professionals onboard clients in minutes. Backed by cutting-edge technology and a passionate team, they are scaling fast and are looking for 4 ambitious SDRs to join the founding team!

The organization is experiencing rapid growth, with 10x revenue growth over the past 12 months. This is an opportunity to be part of the founding sales team with ambitions to IPO in 3-5 years.

The Role

We’re seeking high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many potential customers, you’ll drive pipeline growth, qualify leads, and set the stage for strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
