Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative:

Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact through phone calls, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Account management and relationship building with clients are also key responsibilities.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Placing 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments for our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
  • Prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
  • Using email and social media to book meetings with qualified prospects.

What we look for:

  • Fluency in German
  • Previous sales experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, phone)
  • Metrics-driven and goal-oriented
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
