We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in London. This is an amazing opportunity to connect with external clients and share more about Clarivate's product offerings. The team consists of three global Sales Development Reps and report to the Senior Director of Growth Channels. If you have a passion for sales and have a hunter-mentality, we would love to speak with you.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience or internships related to the job

Experience working in a fast paced and collaborative environment
Experience using Salesforce for managing customers
What will you be doing in this role?
Assist internal teams with new sales opportunities based on anecdotal feedback given through conversations with prospects
Follow up with prospects via email and outbound telephone calls to create a sales opportunity for the sales team
Create follow-up appointments for the commercial team to advance the customer to the next step in the sales process
Work closely with the marketing, commercial, and customer support team to ensure a positive customer experience
Using a proactive and persistent approach, explain the Clarivate product offering to prospects and customers
Accurately maintain and develop prospect and client data into Salesforce CRM
Support the development, testing, and maintenance of the marketing database and the data/workflow integration with the Salesforce CRM platform
About the Team
The Sales Development Team collaborates closely with internal teams and external customers. ~60% of your time will be spent working with Marketing, Sales Reps, or other Business Development colleagues. ~40% of your time will be spent working with external customers in the corporate space, law firms, or the government market.
Hours of Work
Full time, permanent role based out of the London office 2 days' per week.
