We are expanding our Enterprise Sales team and are seeking ambitious, resilient, outbound-driven Business Development Representative to fuel top-of-funnel pipeline and open doors with the most recognised brands in the world.

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for proactive outbound outreach to Enterprise organisations across EMEA. Your goal is to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by engaging senior decision-makers (CMO, VP Digital, Head of CRM, Mobile Product, App Growth, Loyalty, Customer Engagement).

You will combine strategic research, personalised outreach, cold calling, and structured objection handling to ignite conversations that convert into revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and personalised messaging.
  • Build and maintain a targeted book of Enterprise accounts, mapping decision-makers and identifying organisational priorities.
  • Engage senior leaders in Marketing, Digital, Product, CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Experience to introduce our App Experience Platform.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach / Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo to manage pipelines and execute multi-touch campaigns.
  • Qualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPICED, CHAMP).
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound messaging, persona sequencing, market insights, and campaign follow-up.
  • Maintain precise forecasting and activity reporting.
