HENI in London's Soho is expanding its sales team with a new desk-based role. You’ll connect with clients through calls, emails, and texts, building relationships that lead to lasting partnerships.
The ideal candidate has sales or business development experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting. You’ll communicate concisely, stay organised, and bring energy to a collaborative, non-commission culture. Some US client flexibility is expected.
Someone who is a great listener, hardworking, and genuinely enjoys the thrill of connecting with people. Someone with a track record in sales, an interest in art, and wants to build their career further in the field.
If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
HENI sits at the beating heart of the fine art world, and we’re growing fast. As part of that growth, we’re expanding our sales team further - this isn’t a replacement hire, it’s a new seat at the table. Our client base spans UK and internationally, and we need sharp, energetic salespeople to help us build those relationships - through calls, emails, and texts that are direct, warm, and built to get a response.
This is a desk-based role in our Soho office. It involves a lot of outreach and building relationships, and we want someone who is genuinely excited by that.
No commission. No lone wolves. No cutthroat targets.
We believe the best sales culture is built on collaboration, not competition – this is a team that shares goals, shares wins, shares knowledge, and pushes each other to grow collective revenue. There are no titles here, no hierarchy – just a flat team with a shared mission. If you’re motivated by being part of a high-performing team rather than chasing individual bonuses, you’ll fit right in.
Given our growing US client base, some flexibility with hours is needed - and we’ll be flexible right back.
You have some experience in sales or business development - ideally gained in a corporate or B2B environment rather than a retail setting - and you’re hungry to do more of it. You know what it feels like to work hard for a result, and you want to keep building on that. You communicate concisely - every word earns its place. You’re organised, driven, and willing to give it everything. An interest in art is a bonus, but it’s not a requirement - what matters most is your appetite for sales and paying attention to the small details.
This role is for someone who wants to grow as a salesperson. If you’re looking for a route into the broader art world or a stepping stone to another team, this probably isn’t the right fit - but if sales is where you want to build your career, we want to hear from you.
