Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by gathering materials, coordinating item data, and ensuring accurate information for orders and launches. You will be the primary contact for Account Managers and customers, helping to keep catalogs up-to-date and ready for market.

In this role you will manage data workflows, assist with new item listings, quote processing, and promotional material preparation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Eager-to-learn team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external item data from start to finish to meet product launch timelines.
• Submit new items for in-store or online listings with cross-functional assets and accurate info.
• Process and track customer samples, complete quotes, and assist catalog maintenance.
• Oversee factory setup and ongoing maintenance with factory liaisons.
• Maintain multiple databases and communicate item information changes to customers.
• Help develop procedures for obtaining and submitting information for launch readiness.
• Prepare promotional materials and presentations; conduct system audits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will assist in supporting the Sales Team by gathering materials, communicating relevant information, and facilitating team activities to maximize performance! You will serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers and in-house customers to ensure all items are set up accurately, maintained with correct information, and ready to order. What You Will Do

Coordinate internal and external item data, managing the entire setup process from start to finish to ensure timelines are met for product launches

Submit new items for in-store or online listings by collaborating with cross-functional departments to collect assets and ensure accurate product information

Process and track customer samples, complete quote sheets, and assist with ongoing catalog maintenance

Oversee factory setup and ongoing maintenance, partnering closely with factory liaisons to ensure efficient and compliant operations

Maintain multiple internal databases, promptly resolving customer inquiries and communicating changes to item information

Assist in developing new procedures for obtaining and submitting information to ensure products are always "Ready for Launch"

Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and presentations, conducting system audits as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

1 to 3 years of administrative experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated mindset with strong independent problem-solving and analytical abilities

An eager-to-learn, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage multiple tasks

Nice To Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

2+ years of sales support experience is a plus

Prior experience in the consumer goods industry, working with e-commerce retailers, or within a global company

Hands-on experience working with PIM systems, PO tracking, and processing samples or mock-ups for retail partners
