Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Client in the Beauty / Wellness space. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients across the UK and EU, managing customer orders, overseeing the sales support process, and executing a range of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, outstanding organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, issues, and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and databases.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved customer service procedures.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Liaise with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.
  • Address complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

You Are:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a B2B or product-based environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and courteous manner with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of UK and EU customer expectations and business practices is preferred.
