Job Title: Sales Consultant

Contract Personnel is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our prestigious client, one of the UK's fastest-growing Digital Media companies. You will be responsible for significantly growing their global B2B revenues by targeting sectors with marketing, media, and events sponsorship budgets.

This senior, front-line sales role involves dealing with some of the world's largest companies, selling a suite of sophisticated, industry-leading media services that address customers' marketing challenges.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Manage an existing pipeline of customer accounts, increasing revenue through stronger relationships and upselling.
  2. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  3. Engage prospective customers and pitch advertising space and event sponsorships.
  4. Negotiate and close deals, working towards KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Professional, goal-oriented, sales-focused mindset.
  • Experience in building long-term business relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with good presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Self-belief, determination, and a willingness to develop your market sectors and act as an ambassador for your brands.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6am – 3pm or 7am – 4pm. Flexibility may be required.

Salary and Compensation:

£25,000 - £35,000 + commission. OTE £80,000 - £100,000 in the first year, increasing to £150,000 in year two.
