The Role As we expand our brand presence in the UK and globally, we seek a Design Sales Consultant to join our team in London. The role involves exceeding revenue targets, managing client portfolios, and providing tailored design solutions while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. The Sales Consultant will embody Waterworks' values of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centricity, and product passion. Responsibilities include marketing Waterworks products, developing client relationships, creating marketing plans, utilizing social media, presenting products, managing client projects, and participating in industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in high-end luxury brands
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in developing new business opportunities
  • Confidence working with international clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
  • Plumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred
  • Ability to market outside showroom up to 50% of the week
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the UK and abroad
