Experienced Landscapers/Crew Leaders, London

Our Landscape team plays a significant role in the property management of over 65 properties and nearly 10,000 residents. We are seeking Experienced Landscapers who are looking for year-round work, full-time hours, and a career.

We are a family-owned and operated company with 65 years of experience, constructing and managing rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario since 1958, providing homes to thousands of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turf maintenance - grass cutting/trimming with self-propelled mowers and gas trimmers
• Landscape and irrigation installations
• Weeding, cultivating, and edging garden beds
• Property clean-up using backpack blowers
• Garbage collection, including litter, bulk, and cardboard
• Snow plowing/shoveling during winter
• Rental unit turnovers, including carpet tear-out and kitchen/bath renovations
• Safe operation of equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of industry experience
• Valid and clean driver’s license with a Class G license
• Strong work ethic, organization, attention to detail, and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and complete projects on time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Landscape and plant identification skills are an asset
• Physical fitness to perform duties involving lifting, pushing, kneeling, and bending
• Compliance with all company policies and regulations

Please note: Student seasonal wage is $18-$19/hour.
