The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll focus on generating new business through face-to-face meetings, client calls, and proactive sales outreach. Identify and secure new business opportunities across various industries

Conduct in-person meetings and regular client communications

Carry out high-volume sales activity (calls, emails, networking)

Build long-term relationships with new clients and ensure exceptional service

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team for seamless client onboarding

Represent the Driver Hire & DH Recruitment brand with professionalism and energy

Proven experience in sales or business development

Experience in the transport, logistics, or recruitment sectors is ideal

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline
