Job summary

Fenwick Kingston, part of Fenwick Limited, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants who are passionate about menswear to join our in-store team. You will deliver expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service, guiding customers through business wear to smart-casual styling with tailored advice.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, sharing knowledge with colleagues to lift the whole department, while maintaining visual standards and driving sales in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales or similar role (Essential)
• Strong knowledge of Menswear trends and passion for fashion
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell

Responsibilities

• In-store Sales Consultant: deliver expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service to create a premium shopping experience
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships
• Provide tailored styling advice and recommendations reflecting quality and heritage of the brand
• Maintain excellent visual standards and maximise sales opportunities on the shop floor

About the role

Our Sales Consultants are the face of the Charles Tyrwhitt brand in-store, combining exceptional product knowledge with outstanding customer service to create a premium shopping experience. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every customer receives tailored advice and styling recommendations that reflect the quality and heritage of the brand.

As a menswear specialist, you'll take ownership of your department, using your product expertise to help customers find the right solutions for every occasion, from business wear to smart-casual styling. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, role modelling excellent service standards and sharing your knowledge with colleagues to help develop the wider team and deliver consistently high standards across the department.

With a passion for delivering results, you'll take pride in maintaining excellent visual standards, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring customer queries are handled confidently and professionally. By combining commercial awareness with a genuine enthusiasm for menswear, you'll help create an engaging shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty and supports the continued success of Charles Tyrwhitt within Fenwick Kingston.
