This role will be based in our London office and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Mercer’s Career business helps organizations design and execute sophisticated workforce strategies. We provide consulting, analytics, and data-driven insights to support fact-based decision-making.

Mercer's Reward & Talent (R&T) practice is part of the UK Career team. It supports clients through strategic consulting, product solutions, surveys, software, and tools to enable HR professionals to deliver excellent services.

To drive growth, we seek an individual to support the management and expansion of existing client relationships, develop new business, and promote our productized solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing daily relationships with clients in your portfolio
  • Generating new business within existing and new clients
  • Contract management and renewals
  • Participating in client calls and meetings to understand client challenges
  • Supporting upselling of products to existing clients
  • Engaging in sales initiatives such as prospecting and campaigns

The role involves spending most of the time with clients, either face-to-face or via telephone. Attendance at Mercer and external events for networking and business development is also expected.

Minimum requirements:
  • Client relationship and sales experience
  • Experience managing senior relationships within large organizations
  • Proven track record with existing clients
  • Excellent communication skills within an international organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
