A leading company in consulting services is seeking a client relationship manager to drive business growth in their London office. The role involves managing existing client portfolios, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with sales executives to enhance client relationships. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
This role will be based in our London office and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Mercer's Reward & Talent (R&T) practice sits within the UK Career team. Reward and Talent supports clients through three core areas: strategic consulting, productised solutions and products including a range of surveys, software and tools that ensure HR professionals can provide a first class service to their organisation.
In order to drive growth, we require an individual who will be able to support in the management & growth of existing clients whilst strengthening existing client relationships and developing new business through relationship management, support of product sales and helping to create opportunities within our productised solutions suite of services.

Mercer has over 3,500 clients across the UK. Many of these are not currently purchasing R&T products or productised solutions. We require a self-starter who will support sales executives in engaging with these existing Mercer clients and leverage their relationship with other Mercer LOB's in order to drive new business for R&T.
New business development may be direct to the client or may involve using Mercer client and sales managers as a sales channel.
You will primarily be responsible for supporting sales executives within the Career Products business in managing client portfolios. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The expectation is that the role holder will spend the majority of their time with clients (via face-to-face meetings or by telephone).
Attendance at Mercer & non-Mercer events to network, support in the winning of new business and develop long standing client relationships is also expected.
The R&T business in the UK has a number of existing membership clients. We are looking for an individual to support sales executives with their existing client portfolios and to maintain strong client relationship, revenues and grow existing portfolios, including their own, with the express outcome of increasing their annual spend with Mercer.
