Are you a highly organised, well-presented Sales Consultant looking to take the next step in your property career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, independent estate agency in the role of Sales Consultant at their Westbury office.

As Sales Consultant, what’s in it for you?

• £30,000 OTE dependent on experience
• A varied, branch-based role within an established independent agent
• Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with every other Saturday and a day off in lieu

Your Role as a Sales Consultant:

• Build strong relationships with clients, handling enquiries confidently both face to face and over the telephone
• Assist buyers with their property searches and manage enquiries across multiple property portals
• Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
• Follow up viewing feedback and keep client records accurate and up to date
• Oversee branch marketing material and ensure all property displays are kept current
• Play an important role in sales progression, helping transactions move smoothly through to successful completion
• Stay on top of administration and ensure everything is organised and running smoothly

What we’re looking for from a Sales Consultant:

• Previous experience within a similar role would be preferable
• Knowledge and experience of buying and selling property would be highly beneficial
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication &; people skills – build lasting relationships!
• A proactive, confident and professional approach – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Smart and well-presented with a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
