Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness team in Sutton. You will balance phone-based prospecting with in-club tours, promoting DL values and driving membership sales.

You’ll work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, contributing to an inclusive culture and premium after-care for new members. Ideal candidates are target-driven with strong admin skills, a genuine interest in health and fitness, and a proactive, self-starting

Qualifications

• Targets-focused mentality with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Sales experience is desirable but not essential.

• Hitting the phones to prospect and convert prospective members.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment . The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .

As a Sales Consultant we are looking for someone who :

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential
