Job summary

David-Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Peterborough. The role is split between outbound calls and showroom-style club tours, with a strong emphasis on hitting sales targets and promoting our premium DL experience.

You will engage potential members, showcase club facilities, and work towards individual and team targets while onboarding new members to ensure premium after-care. Evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Is target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Has a passion for health and fitness.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to inspire prospective members and promote DL values within an office environment.
• On-board new members and ensure premium after-care service, helping members feel welcome and supported.
